Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data Emre AKCAY("we", "us") collects when you use DTFKit (the "Service") and how we use it. We aim to collect as little as possible.

Your files never leave your browser

DTFKit processes your design files entirely in your browser. Images, PDFs, and gang sheets are opened, trimmed, composited, and exported locally on your device. We never upload, store, or see your design files. This is core to how the Service is built, not just a policy.

Data we do collect

• Account data — your email address and authentication details, when you create an account.
• Usage counters— anonymous, aggregate counts of tool runs (for example, "mockup generated") to understand product usage and enforce plan limits. These counters do not include your files or their contents.
• Cookies and local storage — see our Cookie Policy.
• Payment data — if you subscribe, payment is handled by Paddle. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Service providers (processors)

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the Service:

• Supabase — authentication and database (account data, usage counters).
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
• Paddle— payment processing and Merchant of Record for paid plans. See Paddle's own privacy notice for how they handle payment data.

How we use your data

• to provide and secure the Service and your account;
• to enforce plan limits and prevent abuse;
• to understand aggregate usage and improve the product;
• to contact you about your account or important changes.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account at any time; to request access or deletion, contact us at support@dtfkit.com.

Data retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your account data and associated usage records, except where we must retain limited information to meet legal or accounting obligations.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
