Terms of Service

Last updated: July 18, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DTFKit (the "Service"), operated by Emre AKCAY("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

DTFKit provides browser-based automation tools for print-on-demand sellers, including file organizing, trimming, mockup generation, PDF preparation, and gang sheet building. Your design files are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

2. Beta and "as is"

The Service is currently offered in beta and is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will meet your specific requirements. You are responsible for reviewing all output before using it in production.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to process content you do not have the rights to use;
  • copy, reproduce, republish, decompile, disassemble, de-obfuscate, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service or its underlying source code, including the client-side code delivered to your browser;
  • use any automated means — including bots, scrapers, crawlers, or headless browsers — to access, extract, harvest, or index the Service or its content, except as expressly permitted by our published robots directives;
  • use the Service, its output, or its underlying methods to build, train, or improve a product or service that competes with the Service;
  • remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, watermark, attribution, or other proprietary identifier contained in or generated by the Service;
  • attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
  • resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the files and designs you process. The Service — including its software, source code, browser-side processing pipeline, gang-sheet nesting logic, user interface, branding, and content — is the original work of Emre AKCAY and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. The client-side code is licensed to you, not sold; no rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your content to us or of our Service to you.

6. Payments, subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are sold and processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. This means Paddle handles the transaction, billing, applicable taxes, and payment support on our behalf. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms presented at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emre AKCAY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or other users.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the operator's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under your local law.
